A New Chapter for Downtown Salisbury’s Iconic High Rise
For over a century, the Wallace Building has stood at the heart of Salisbury, North Carolina. Since 1910, this historic high rise has witnessed generations of local growth and community life.
Now, Wallace Landmarks is reimagining this historic icon for its next century. Opening in2027, the revitalized Wallace Building will offer 20 luxury apartments for long term residents, and 15 curated short term stays for visitors, blending preserved architectural character with modern luxury and hospitality.
